Connect Q-Event to your AI assistant

Link Q-Event to ChatGPT or Claude so your assistant can browse event services, search suppliers, and read your RFQs on your behalf.

You'll sign in to Q-Event once when your assistant connects. It can then use Q-Event's tools as you.

Connect ChatGPT

  1. 1. Open ChatGPT → Settings → Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode (read the risk notice shown there).
  2. 2. In the chat composer, open the + menu and enable Developer mode.
  3. 3. Click Add sources, then Connect more.
  4. 4. Name the connector "Q-Event" and paste the URL above.
  5. 5. Ask ChatGPT to use Q-Event — for example, "List my Q-Event RFQs."

Connect Claude

  1. 1. Open Claude → Add custom connector.
  2. 2. Name the connector "Q-Event" and paste the URL above.
  3. 3. Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use Q-Event.

Your assistant discovers Q-Event's available tools automatically after connecting.
